Vodacom Prepaid, which price plan are you on?

Don't know how many people are aware of it, but you get multiple price plan for prepaid. The Vodacom 4 Less one being the default. Vodacom 4 Less provides you with discounts, but not after asking you premium during the day and to other networks.

Is the number to dial to get the current percentage, anyone here know all the times and percentages of the discounts. Like to work out the rates for interest sake.

Also is there indeed a time where it's 100%?

Don't bother with discounts, just switch to flat tariff R1.20, not sure how it is called. Alternatively CellC for real benefits or SimSonke for 75c/25c flat rate.

I'm on Anytime Per Second R1.20 per minute plan.

I would go to the Daily Free Calls which charges R1.20 per minute for 3 minutes and the next 57 minutes is free, but I never phone for more than 3 minutes so no point

Noticed this recently when changing around the SP's for the household, the 4less rates are ! Switched everyone who still had airtime over to the anytime p/s and once the airtime is finished I'll be having them all ported to TM.

Don't waste your time with vodacom4less price plan.

You will see that vodacom to vodacom gets a decent discount off peak but 10% during the day. Calls to other networks are always high.

Change to the Anytime Per Second price plan. R1.20 to any network any time billed per second.

If you plan on making a some vodacom to vodacom calls then buy these bundles:

1. Power Hour. R5 gives you 60min vodacom to vodacom calls from 6am to 00:00 for that day billed per minute.
2. Micro Bundle. R3.99 gives you unlimited voice calls for 60min for vodacom to vodacom from the time of purchase. Great for a confrence call.

So so basically you pay very very cheap vodacom to vodacom calls if you buy the promo's and then R1.20 to other networks, fla rate.

Vodacom prepaid is not that expensive if you make on net calls. The data is a bit expensive though
