Vodacom slams Supreme Court order as "unintelligible, incomprehensible, and vague"

So pretty much like their cellphone contracts then

This one made me laugh though

“The impact of the SCA Judgment, should it be upheld, would be vast and wide-ranging on both Vodacom South Africa and Vodacom Group, as well as the attractiveness of South Africa as an investment destination,” it stated.

“It would negatively impact our employees, shareholders and Vodacom’s contribution to public finances. It would also have an impact on our network investment, coverage, and social programmes.”

I mean this is true though - they would have less money to spend on all those things, and would also pay less tax.

Lmao…. Just pay the man, how many excuses are they going to come up with.

Pay the man. Besides all those 27 billion randelas will be blown in 5 years and he will be back where he started.

So what other bright ideas did he have the last 18 years or is he just sitting waiting for a big payday? This guy even employed anywhere.

Probably quietly waiting for his big payday. Hope he gets a Woolies voucher.

The stipulation is quite clear, on the contrary.

Pay him da money, but not a cent more than R28,99 billion.
