Roundabout R3400.00

that's not too bad

It is a pretty good deal, most contracts of R700+ per month gets it for free or with reduced subscription fees.

Scores pretty well in reviews : http://www.trustedreviews.com/vodafone-smart-ultra-6-review

damnit, that's ugly. almost like S3 ugly :sick:

but yeh, looking past aesthetics, it looks solid for mid range... another mid range phone my father is getting this week is the Sony Xperia M5, that looks very nifty as well. A bit more expensive though because of the Sony sticker.

The Smart 6 seems like better value than my Moto G 3rd, however speaking of Sony, I doubt it uses the same 13 megapixel Sony sensot my Motorola does and for me a good camera is the most important part.

Really frustrated worth VC. Is there any store in Cape Town that had stock of the 950xl. Most stores I walk into don't even know what the 950 is. First thing they ask me is if it's a Samsung or LG? WTF

Got my two Vodacom Smart Grand phones on Monday, so it took them 1 week to get stock.

Had to Google that to check. The phones formerly known as Nokia aren't exactly flying off the shelves so I'm not surprised.

How can they fly off the shelves if the stores didn't even receive a single unit?

Looks more like VC is not prepared to order stock that they might not sell. Not even the upgrade department has the 950xl and no ETA on when they will be getting. VC is screwing over their windows clients. MTN has stock but not looking to port.

Last week I had gone to the Metro at Vodaworld, and they said they had both the 950 and XL in stock, the pricing put me totally off! R599 for the 950, R649 for the XL, will be going in tomorrow so will give feedback.

@ockie

I'm really interested to know how much stock of the 950 and 950xl VC ordered? Was it 10 of each because I only came across one store that has one but it was ordered for a customer? Not even the VC upgrade line has any of the 950xl in stock with no ETA on when they will be getting.

Looks like I will be converting to prepaid and buying the phone cash from MTN or Telkom.

I have enquired yesterday about the XL. No ETA from the supplier.

The 950 is in stock.

Microsoft Lumia 950 (Talent) 104029332 In stock.

@ Ockie, at a guesstimate, how many Lumia do your stores sell in a month?
