Not a lot.


How many 950 & 950xl were ordered. I have a feeling the lack of stock is due to not enough being ordered.

I called over 10 different stores and most did not even receive a single unit. Don't know if they even bothered to order. I could maybe understand if it was a mid level windows phone but this is the flagship windows phone and no one has any stock.

Hey Ockie, what is up with some system upgrade currently ongoing?

Tried to pull invoices of the internet earlier, but didn't work. Then went into the store to see upgrade options available but they couldn't help as my number is busy with migrating to the new system. Couldn't tell me when they will be able to help. The gentleman assisting me mentioned that they still need to go for training on the new system as well.

Vodacom is implementing a new system called Customer 3D. It is a completely new system and customers are being migrated onto it and taken off the old system in phases. I myself have not got access to it as I have not been on the training yet. The store however can still assist you with the upgrade. If they dont have access to the new system, they are required to phone trade partner support to generate the quote on the phone and package of your choice.

Thanks. Managed to get the invoices by phoning the support number and they sent it via email. Will check the deals (got the book and will check your list) and go back to the store once I've decided what to upgrade to.

How is Vodacom handing their data over to someone else by not stocking dual sim phones?

Mmmm... ambiguous statement, let me rephrase that "why would Vodacom hand their data revenue to someone else by selling dual-sim phones".

Am I right in saying that the uChoose contracts allow you to topup as apposed to the normal Smart contracts? If so why do they make you pay more for it?
