Sure...if you want a flimsy phone...then Samsung will do fine I like a solid phone in my hand.

Remember not too long ago, samsung sucked. Then the galaxy S came along & did much to change that. The Atrix has the potential to be the same type of handset for Moto.

0_o why does Vodacom Direct (+27031 number) have such crazy deals like no sorry you can't get the SE Neo on a Talk240 but we can get you the Arc or PLAY for free (as opposed to the 1K and R700 respective pay-ins on the deal sheet)?
Surely their deal sheet is just the same as the one here that regular Vodacom stores have to deal with?
My sister has been getting constant calls from this number with all sorts of too good to be true deals (something like a talk200 that costs R113 p.m and with which one can get a free HTC ChaCha???? the hell...you telling me that a Talk75 that costs R189 per month has to pay in about 800 bucks is NOT the deal you have on you sheets and that a Talk200S does NOT cost R430 per month????)....it all sounds rather suspect eventhough they apparently legitimately exist....

slow Sensation? what? it's a flagship and runs like hell compared to most other stuff out there

Stock the phone runs good (without any email sync's)

Then I loaded my gmail account and my work email. Both will sync with 14 days of mail and my calendar goes back 3 months and forward 3 months (something like that)

After doing that it is soooo slow.

Went to xda and they have a rom update there... Did it. Works soooo good but again.. Loading 2 sync'ed accounts and slowmo...

Having nothing open I only have about 120mb ram avail

I have not received anything...but even if I did...i cant really tell you guys. I can only really make it public @ close of business the day before the deals change. I think I can get into a lot of trouble for releasing the deals before that.

Finally gonna be able to go on Thursday to get all the upgrades sorted, damn exams were in the way.

yeah me too, only to find out that i cannot do a premature upgrade, and closes i can do it is 7days before my actual date, thats from the upgrades place very unpleasant lady on the phone, and yesterday a nice lady helped me and said i could do it early, o well cant win in this one going to have to wait, sucks the policy they have, even when you have 3 blackberry's and a iphone on your vodacom account yet still need to spend R800 or more to get a prem upgrade

Hey guys, I cant seem to find anything on the forum about the Samsung I9103 Galaxy R. Though, judging by the "world release" date it would take a while to get to SA? Anybody care to comment? I'm choosing between something with the likes of the Moto Atrix. Also, there should be quite a good chance the Atrix will get the Ice Cream Sandwich update, no?

Of course I had to go on the day when Vodacom head office was experiencing issues (power failure?) to get my upgrade/s...but somehow after trying to connect for a while the clerket got through and managed to get our deals sorted somehow which means I've finally got my Neo
