How much would the pay in be on the 9300 on the Topup 135?

If it is not on the deals I posted then you looking at R819 for per minute billing and R1499 for per second billing. Just confirm this with the shop before you commit.

Thanks - its R819 according to the store, with no finance option.

I personally think she should go with the Wildfire, but obviously on a cheap contract 'free' data is important.

Remember BIS will be added onto the contract @ R59.00 per month. She cant use her airtime to buy it on a montly basis.

Damn - apparently she could have had the 9300 with no pay in last month :(

She got the 9300 with my financial support :p Quick question - she's on the Topup 135 - can she active BIS now or does she need to wait till the end of the month (as per the store) - this is basically a contract upgrade (2 year thingy)

I dont see why she cant activate it now. The system will charge her pro rata for this month thats all. Did the store say why she can only activate it next month????

This doesn't make sense. New prices for 8520 and 9300 are R1999 and R2499. (R500 diff)
On topup 135 you can get the 8520 free and it includes free BIS and R129/mo.
The 9300 you have to pay in 819 and add BIS on top of that so like R135+(819/24)+59 or so :(

Am I the only one that thinks that Vodacom's latest specials on page 5 and page 9 for the various phones from R185 on a Business Call or Talk 130 are misleading? :-( The way I read these ads is that you pay R185 for either the Business or Talk 130 packages. Nowhere does it states that you will pay more if you take the Talk 130 contract, I even double-checked the fine print. The vodashop people are claiming that because the ads says "From" that it automatically implies that there will be a higher price. My point is that the ads are not clear about what the higher cost will be. I am wondering whether the CPA isn't suppose to prevent this kind of misleading ads?

You think that's bad... try buying a phone from Vodacom...

My parents even stopped by Vodaworld yesterday (work sent them to PTA, and they figured they'd stop by since I've been pulling my hair out at the vodashops), and they don't have:
HTC Desire (it doesn't exist, I swear, no one has this farking phone),
Motorola Defy (MB525),
LG P500...

I'm getting mighty irritated by these idiots.

Is there any indication of what kind of pricing we can expect for the Samsung Galaxy S 2 on Smart 120 or Talk 120/130?
