There's no such thing, realistically speaking of course.

If it was under perfect signal condition then you wouldve gotten a constant 1.8Mbps Downlink and 384Kbps Uplink.

And most people also disregard signal quality, and some who dont know about it.

That's why it is an opt-in service after trial.

A good question, why would anyone pay extra for an optional service that they are not able to receive in their area? - the answer is: don't subscribe to 3.6 if you already know throughput is a problem in your area - it really is as simple as that.

After my last result of 2900/1100 I'm for sure forking out R49

(And yes, I pay for my own data cards and cell phones )

The uplink gives a distinct snappiness to the browsing feel.
