Vodacom spent R1 billion on batteries in the last 6 months

Over the last six months, Vodacom spent R1 billion on batteries to ensure its network stayed up during load-shedding.

Speaking to The Money Show, Vodacom CEO Shameel Joosub said the power outages this year forced them to increase their backup power investment.
A sudden increase in positive Vodacom articles......and this just after an certain award was given

but shameless, I mean, they are ALL stolen,
and here we have people running around OPENLY selling STOLEN Batteries.

I mean I know people in SA steal anything not nailed down,
and Ive seen firsthand people steal railway lines bit by bit,

but this is worse, what if MTN/Voda were to phone this guy up and block his number, all because he is fencing off stolen goods.
sure he wouldn't be so happy and cheerful.

Utterly shameless, but they are the ones who cry louder than the rest when someone steals from them.
