Can I do the survey if I do not get 3g or HSDPA in my area and give them a 0 on all counts??

I did it.. using 3G on my N70, +- 340kbps down average and about 60kbps up average (cape town cbd).. pretty lame uploads.

Are the results going to be correlated by day of week, time of day etc.? The tests I did yesterday gave reasonable results at 8:30pm - I expect they would be different at 8:30am on a weekday ...
