1. They have a FUP and their 3rd party marketers downplay it
2. They claim month to month but try to cancel and you'll see that it's just a marketing gimmick
3. You're essentially on a 12 month contract for a locked router that you won't be able to use with anything else
4. Access to the router is through a temporary password that they'll change overnight
