Vodacom upgrade - can i track the order?

Vodacom uses RAM couriers. I am not sure if the order number can be used to track it though.

The Vodacom online site stipulates that they deliver next day but the agent told me to expect delivery next week. Tried to speak to them again now but just getting bounced between departments. How can I check when I can expect delivery. As a consultant I am not always at the office so need to make sure I am here for the delivery. How do I go about this?

I upgraded now online because they said next day delivery on the website... but then i got an email saying 3-5 days for delivery... so misleading!
