Vodacom upload speeds, anyone have crap speed?

I had to work at home this week due to no transport, and found that I am getting between 0.18 and 1.10mbps on upload when doing speed test (did a speed test because stuff I've tried uploading was super-slow)

I logged a support request for this, but it has been 3 days since I've heard anything.

Is anyone experiencing the same issue? It does now make sense why my Xbox Live keeps dropping during games, a very crappy experience indeed as I pay for 10 up and 10 down uncapped.

They're completely down in my area now since last night around 7pm, 12 hours and going. I have an important video conference call at 5pm today, I really hope they don't screw this up and I'm down for days.

Hi, I have both Vodacom and Cell C. Both are slow in Pmb.
These are my results of speed test earlier today on Cell C sim:
Ping: 52ms
Download: 21.97Mbps
Upload: 1.42Mbps
Very disappointing. Not sure if there is a reason, I did hear that there was an upgrade in progress!

My upload speeds have been terrible on vodacom fibre for the last week, this is in the greenstone area
