Vodacom useless service - CEOs email address

Hi there,

Can anyone assist me with the email address of Vodacom's CEO? I have recently experienced the worst kind of service from Vodacom and I am completely fed up now. i just want to escalate my complaint to the CEO, who I hope will be able to assist me.

The CEOs email is the least that I require - if I could also get that of Vodacom's senior managers and executives, that would be great too.

You can read my posts in this forum. I have also had the most incredbly bad service and just a few minutes ago my request the VC waive the cancellation fee was denied. It seems that Vodacom have the bes tof both worlds. They can give **** service and no one can do a thing about it and if you want to refuse to do business with them in the face of their **** service, they score by charging you a cancellation fee for absolutely nothing.

I cannot understand how they have been able to get away with this. Vodaocm are the worst service provider in South Africa, I've been with Cell C and MTN and I have never experienced such flagrant customer abuse as I have with VC.

Anyway, heres the twitter account @ShameelJoosub - not that he cares. As long has gets his multi million rand bonus, he's laughing at our petty problems, in fact its probably Joosub that rewards this shocking service because he makes more money when we cancel.

Like most CEO's Joosub is a coward - he never responded to any of my tweets! :) In fact social media dept deleted them.
What we need is a website like in the gool ol' Hellkom days!

I am also presently experiencing hellish service for VC. Bunch of incompetent buffoons, they are. Tried calling their corporate division since last week and waited for hours (literally) with no response. They keep you on hold forever. I have records of my calls, in case, I ever need to put up a banner like the Cell C one.
Can you believe the uphill a person gets trying to do a SIMPLE upgrade? Unreal!
When you do get through to some call centre of theirs, they refer you to another, and another, until you get sick and fed up. Eventually you get through to someone who 'tries' to help, only to keep you in suspense for another couple days until you have call again...and the whole rigmarole starts all over again.
It boggles the mind to think that they don't care at all about their clients. They even had the nerve to send me a customer satisfaction feedback by sms. I did respond, but then I suppose that is also just a gimmick.
