@vodacom3g - Poor signal in Bromhof

We live in Bromhof area and one of the main reasons we moved from MTN to Vodacom was because we had no signal with MTN and full signal with Vodacom.

Now it seems Vodacom signal has degraded to the point were we have "black spots" in our home and data is dropped down to 3G/Edge. On the flip side, I heard from our neighbour that MTN have direct their signal and now MTN has much better service.

Is it possible to investigate why the signal has degraded in our area?

just as an aside, the MTN signal has degenerated to the point of uselessness, so don't think it's only Vodacom.

during that horrible power failure MTN went down completely.
