Was referring to prepaid data, There was a thread about it.Where he insisted prices have gone down. I think we are in the 6th or 7th year now since last there was a price reduction on their 30day 1gig data bundle.

(I hope the tiny font was the giveaway that I was just making stuff up :) )

It is absurd that they are the supposedly our top service provider.
Since loadshedding before Christmas there has been hardly any signal in Jhb Braamfontein and Muldersdrift then last weekend my WiFi calling option has also disappeared from even the settings on my handsets but when I insert my Telkom SIM it reappears.
Call centre insist it is not sim related but device related.
Furthermore their data is the fastest disappearing of any other service provider.
Gone are the days where you can just dial a ussd code and know what number to choose for the data you require.
Trying to transfer to a family member or another number is mostly impossible.
They are without doubt the biggest thieves maybe just under the banks and government in South Africa.
Just my two cents.

The lack of serious competition in the industry is a problem. By the way do not buy a mobicel without talking to me
Ok we'll talk to you. Does that mean we should be buying them or not?
