I have had the worst experience ever with Vodacom ,I have been a Vodacom client for the past 9 years.
This has been by far the worst experience, somehow Vodacom’s new system is not working for them CUSTOMER C3D
The initial mistake came from Vodacom’s call centre who sold me a data deal and instead of sending 1 device they sent 2,
Now my phone has been stolen and Vodacom the company that claims to be the best has a system that does not work ,
They are unable to upgrade me or do my sim swop from Friday 12/8/2016 up and until now, because there is an open application on
Their side and they can only help me until they collect their modem which in the first place is not even my problem, but their mistake.
I spoke to many people from the call centre none of them have any idea what customer service is ,they promise to call you back and don’t,
I have to keep calling them back. The sad part is that the poor service is coming from the team leaders , now you are a team leader and cannot keep to times
And don’t call a client back with feedback what do you think the staff under them are doing. Really disappointed with the service, I explained that I use this number
On my business cards and needed the simswop urgently TBOKO promised to call me yesterday before he left to go home and never did ,and to think that I was referred to TBOKO when team leader Marshle failed to return my call …. Apparently Tboko is Marshle’s manager… I can only see a chain of incompetent people !!!!
