To make sure, did you not go to 4me (using the vlive! apn) to get the weather? On the VLive! portal, you would have paid for the weather content, so I suspect you went to 4me.
I did pay for the weather content (news and information pass @R10 p/m)....my subscription expires on 09/11/2006. I normally get that info, together with the TV guide, which is also part of the vlive portal, and I have never been charged for data usage for it before (i've been using vlive since October 2005) If I leave the vlive portal, I do get charged for data...that I do understand. I definitely was not on vodacom4me.
Here is my itemised billing statement. I use the vlive apn only for the vodafone live portal...The times i was billed yesterday, i could not even connect to the vlive portal....I got an "error 500. Internal server error" message. Th rest of the times when I do go online, I use opera mini, which doesn't work with the vlive apn.
