Voice Mailbox on MTN

I feel a right dork having to ask this :(

For well over 10 years I have had the same MTN cell number, and had many new phones. I have always been able to dial 100 or 111 and directly access my voice mailbox without needing to enter a password.

Yesterday I received a call that I couldn't answer, and the caller left a voice message in my mail box. When I could, I dialled 100, and the sexy :eek: voice asked me to enter my password.

Now, clever chap that I am, I don't know my password (I may have set one up a decade ago .. old age has caused me to not remember ..) as I have never needed to enter one.

Any idea how I access / resurrect my voice mailbox?

When I called Supercall, the technical (sic) help guy just kept repeating that I must enter my password, and seemingly was using his deaf ear (or an ear disconnected from his one brain cell) .... because every time I told him I have never used a password to access my mailbox, he told me again to enter my password :mad:
