Voice out of service / Data in service

A colleague of mine asked for my help with a problem on her phone (Galaxy S5). It seems that she has data access, but isn't registered on the network for voice calls. I've changed Network mode from LTE to WCDMA / GSM, but that doesn't seem to help. The service provider is FNB Connect.

Has anyone seen something similar?

I considered it, but it work fine in a different handset. A different sim in the same phone also work 100%. It almost seems like the sim and the phone isn't compatible.

possibly try another s5 if you can get your hands on one to test.
