I am extremely unsatisfied with the service.
My fibre how been down for 3 days.
I logged my query 3 days ago, I have never had the courtesy of a call from VOX or TT connect.
I have phoned 3 times, whoever attends to my query tell me the same thing "I will get someone to phone you with feedback", but this never happens.
