VOX FIBRE IN EDENVALE, JHB

I am extremely unsatisfied with the service.

My fibre how been down for 3 days.

I logged my query 3 days ago, I have never had the courtesy of a call from VOX or TT connect.

I have phoned 3 times, whoever attends to my query tell me the same thing "I will get someone to phone you with feedback", but this never happens.

Your real gripe is with TT, not VOX. Check the threads here. they call em TT Disconnect...
