Have no problem using the PPTP & IPSec protocols for VPNing over iBurst (via UTD).

I also have a problem using AT&T VPN client, it connects and everything, but when I try to do remote desktop to NY, only a black screen appears and nothing else. This worked fine on ADSL.

I've been using the Cisco Systems VPN Client for quite a while now with no issues. Useless knowledge, but my 2 cents worth. I use it for about 8 to 10 hours a day every 3rd day... (Like right now).

I am running a VPN connection trough my wireless router 24/7, without any problems. Just make sure that you are setting it up with the correct protocols and authentication mechanisms

Hi, myself included. Never ever had a problem using the Cisco VPN client. Works like a dream.

No problem

Cisco VPN and using Remote Desktop Connection from an XP Pro machine connecting via Internet Connection Sharing on a W2k Machine which is connected via Ethernet UTD.

Working as smooth as silk.

I connect directly to an IP address for the VPN.

iBurst | Firewall: Sygate | Modem: UTD (ethernet) | MTU: 1432 | Signal Strength: 100% | Base Station: Roodekrans | Current Satisfaction Rating::)
