VPN with iBurst

Are you talking iBurst 2 iBurst ... should be OK ... I use iBurst->PPTP->my office all the time and it supa quick.

iBurst to Sentech is a bit of a nightmare.

Latencies of up to 10 sec.... yes 10 sec sometimes. But it still worked. Took a couple attempts to connect.

I've been running a VPN link (to one of the big ISPs) constantly, almost 24 hours a day since March, without any major problems.

I mean VPN to iBurst from any source.

I do support for a Windoze 2003 site which has iBurst. They require me to be there in 1 hour in an emergency. This isn't always possible.

I'd like to be able to get in via VPN if necessary. Is there a step by step way to do this documented anywhere.

I'm trying to do similar with a Telkom ADSL POTS router into an XP box and getting nowhere fast. ;-((

I got a VPN working on IBurst using a Vigor 2900, works very well.
