They require me to be there in 1 hour in an emergency. This isn't always possible. I'd like to be able to get in via VPN if necessary. Is there a step by step way to do this documented anywhere. I'm trying to do similar with a Telkom ADSL POTS router into an XP box and getting nowhere fast. ;-((
