Anyways, the salute is the Roman Salute, the eagle is called the Reichsasdler (derived from the Roman eagle standard) and the swastika that came from Buddhism.

Every single of these symbols have completely different meanings depending on the context and culture it is being used in.

Put them all together in one setting, what does that mean?

racism - when a person/group of people discriminate against another person/group on the basis of the colour of their skin
non-racialism - the belief that race doesn't and shouldn't determine your value, character, what rights and education you deserve nor determine your standing in society.

Who got arrested?

The point to hate speech is that you dehumanize another group or person to incite violence against them - both sides of the political spectrum are doing this because Nazi's evoke a lot of emotion, with Hitler being the world's biggest bad guy next to Satan.

It would have raised more than a few eyebrows had the principal not distanced the school from this group. Media reports on anything that'll likely generate traffic.
