Background info: Oct 2022.
I moved from plumstead to Southfield Oct 2022 and scheduled to have my line migrated with my isp which was accepted..
There was nothing mentioned that there was no fiber in Southfield as full coverage was shown for fiber by all isps as well as vuma themselves.

Current situation: Nov 2023.
Still no fiber has been installed no matter which isp I go with (afrihost, webafrica, vox) even though everyone still shows that fiber is available in the area including vuma!

Question:
1. Why do I have to use vuma if vuma themselves are the one delaying the install. (They Saying no ports available or no infrastructure which is pure bs as the fiber box is 20m from my house as well as the one on my wall and the black box in the ground)! See attached pics.

2. Why can't one use any fiber installer as this would speed up the process

3. All I need is a fiber connection connected, I don't care who the isp is at this point!

That's might just be conduits and they still need to blow the fibre in and connect a network....but don't trust a word I say, I'm just an idiot on a forum
