Guys I have to give credit where credit is due. Before posting that my internet was down due to the flashing LOS light, I logged a ticket via the Afrihost app cause I didn't wanted to bother Afrinatic so early. Anyway, litteraly 5minutes after I logged a ticket an Afrihost support agent replied to me via email with my " ticket priority set to HIGH". Now to me that is impressive support service cause I honestly did not expect such a speedy response. Well done Afrihost
