Seems to be back up now. But feck me when is this permanent solution going to be in place. We hear about its been worked on but not when... @AfriNatic
 
Morning all,

We experienced a mapping issue and currently facing an issue with high losses on one of the switches in CPT. We are working on it.

Can someone please send me a pingplotter or traceroute so I can just send that to Noc to assist.

experienced good internet for at least 4 hours yesterday. I knew after the power came back on 8:30 in Westridge its gonna be a problem.

If there was a law in place to have a partial refund/credit, i bet these frequent down times wouldn't happen so often, essentially pre paying for incomplete service as of late
 
who else offers a 40/20 service on Reach? think us rats need to jump this sinking ship

Im not there yet, but i am now losing patience. At some point i too will start to enquire about a partial refund, because in no way can we pay for something, that isnt working 100%, and hasnt been for a month or so, if not more..
