We experienced a mapping issue and currently facing an issue with high losses on one of the switches in CPT. We are working on it.

Same here. On WiFi it requests sign in that takes you to an afrihost page that indicates no log in required but no internet connectivity.

If there was a law in place to have a partial refund/credit, i bet these frequent down times wouldn't happen so often, essentially pre paying for incomplete service as of late

Im not there yet, but i am now losing patience. At some point i too will start to enquire about a partial refund, because in no way can we pay for something, that isnt working 100%, and hasnt been for a month or so, if not more..
