Hi,

I believe you are affected by the changes we made and rolled back yesterday.

I'm chatting to Noc about the issue. Will let you know as soon as I have any feedback for you. Apologies for the issues experienced.
Hi,

Exactly same issue here (also Die Boord). ISP-587521.

Just leave it plugged in the mains. When power goes off, you dont have to still worry about taking it out, just leave ont/router connected to it, while the gizuu is in the mains
I got mine today and used it tonight with loadshedding for the first time. Excellent little thing.
Really going to help me with not having to work back hours lost because of eskom.

Will it not affect battery life with being on the mains all the time?

But are you leaving it "On" and plugged into your router all of that time? Or just using it as and when needed?

I get leaving it in the mains in an "Off" state, because it seems to charge up and stop charging when full.

In the mains in an on state. Router running off the UPS. When power goes off, my ont and router never goes down. So eg if im away, my cameras are connected. If power goes off for whatever reason, then i dont have to worry
