When I tried speaking to Afrihost and pushing my order through I got no contact. Mitchell's Fibre now says I have an active connection with Afrihost but Afrihost never even processed my order and now it's holding up my installation with SuperSonicMy pre order was cancelled yesterday already @AfriMan

I can vouch for this. Got a call the next day...2 days later I was connected. Guess I was a bit lucky as the guys in Zone 1 had to wait at least 2 weeks or so for installation!I see quite a few people are getting installation call backs pretty quick. Generally speaking though, please allow for a day or so - normally we don't see the providers contacting clients that quickly. It's wonderful that they are in this case though![]()
