Yeah, I also checked now. They also don't have any limitation on speeds on Vuma which is great.

Maybe they can confirm this.

If this is the case then some people might just go with them.

Check vumareach website there they have MF and all the "low cost" or (whatever our areas are classified as) communities

According to the vumareach map these areas are shown, and according to letters received speeds will also be limited to 20Mbps. Letters from Vumatel states speeds up to 20Mbps.

I know my buddy has seen them testing in the area in Strandfontein, but I'm hardly at home to see if anything happening in the Heights and it's part of the Zone 4 deployment, so it would delay go live if they aren't getting to it yet.

Yes, I stay closer to zone 3 side so my road was patched and closed long ago, one of the first sections to be completed in terms of civil work.

I saw them last week testing in berlin square, the guy said the area will go live in 2 weeks, but I'm not so sure.

Yeah that seems a bit optimistic from their side.... although they should be the guys to know.
