Alright, as per PM, Monique will discuss with you. You won't be billed for the new line for Jan, and we will add a credit on your account for the 5 days that it wasn't working.So we had 3 glorious goes of internet and then the line was turned off. Waited for the new router in case it was a configuration error and nope, no internet available. In the meantime I'm being debited for two inactive lines - the cancelled one that doesn't work, and the new one that doesn't work. So I'm paying R2000 a month to not have internet, along with R1000 a month for mobile data.
I had such high hopes yesterday. I'm finding it hard to blame this on Vumatel right now.
