Hi guys

Does anyone know if Vumatel is having issues on their fiber network? Currently getting 4Mb/s download on my 50Mb/s fiber. Already phone my ISP, they say they do not have any issues on their side (VOX) and that the fault is on Vumatel's side.

Over cabled medium as well? There are some random issues whereby customers are receiving mirrored traffic, Vumatel has scheduled an upgrade this week to resolve.

I'm with CISP and also having problems. Doing a speedtest on the Vuma portal shows 50/5 with 3ms latency. Doing a normal speedtest, I get 8/2 with slightly higher latency.

I can't even get onto the vumatel portal, site cannot be reached.

I'm in Randpark Ridge, I see some people also complaining on their FB page without any response from Vumatel.

Yeah general Vumatel issue again, there is a major DFA outage in the Rosebank area which may be relative. Latency is higher than usual across the board from sub 1 to 2+, but lots of packet loss.

Not having any latency issues, just extremely slow download speeds (down to 512kb/s).

Will wait and see for now

This only started at 18:06 or so, so might be unrelated to your primary problem.

Yeah that's when it started here, yesterday I had some minor lag spikes but nothing to be worried about. Now it's completely stuffed

Same, upload full speed. I am on CellC Fibre. Download below 2mbps.
Friend on Cool Ideas also slow internet. Download is 7mbps.
So 100% Vumatel. Area Auckland Park.

I think cell c also affected. My phone is on roaming now and I know I have good cellc signal here.
