Btw, heard from vuma, not encouraging

We are aware clients on VOXtelecom are having speed issues. Nothing has been reported from Cool Ideas and other mentioned ISPs on the mybroadband thread. The fault is being looked into for Voxtelecom clients.

Yeah nah I'm dead in the water here. Vuma says the issue is resolved but no internet at all. I guess the cpe what what needs a reboot.

I didn't need to reset the CPE, was busy plonking on with the slow connection and next moment everything just started speeding up again. Still not at max speed, but 30mb/s is better than 4. Guess it has something to do with the Vox problem Sinbad mentioned.

Yes so just to add to this, the packet loss last night on Vumatel network (Active ethernet) was resolved completely at about 22:00, it started getting better just after 20:30 or so.

Vumatel aerial and Fibrehoods are affected by the DFA break so you should have degraded or no connectivity until the repairs are completed.
