Going really quick, then I can finally get the client fibre so she can stop complaining about her dsl. Her dsl is fine just the clients and children using all the bandwidth making it slow.

They are going ahead with the rollout. Already seen their pink barrier going up at a spot in Hannes Louw drive when I drove past there a day or 2 ago. A resident also told me they've been around to do surveys. So it is coming...
