Tommorrow, I'll have been connected for a week, and I still haven't used my new FTTH line

Due to a strange fault were the line appears up to Vuma & Vox, but there is no connectivity on the line?

Not even to https://shop.vumatel.com - if I connect via ADSL, then quickly switch over to the Fibre it works for like 5 mins.

Tracerts drop after the third hop to 1.1.1.1

I thought I was happy when I was on 20Mbps... then I upgraded to 100Mbps.

I had big plans to configure shaping etc. on my router for traffic management, fortunately with 100Mbps I don't need to.
