Selected an initial package but since changed my mind. Even necessary to try change with vuma? Do they call you to confirm order first?
I contacted Vuma about this previously, if you did it through the Vuma interface you'd have to cancel with the old ISP and contact Vuma to confirm they received cancellation, you will then be able to proceed with the new ISP.
Maybe contact your preferred ISP and ask them if they can sort out all the admin for you?
