Sure, but what does that have to do with this marketing campaign specifically?
That the real issue is people on a budget crying for cheaper prices who are seriously contemplating cancelling their fibre and going LTE because they need to save money and only use 100gb per month, they don't need extra speed because what they have now is working just fine, they need price relief so they can buy food or put that last week of petrol in their car or whatever.

Is this just a smoke and mirror show to increase their base offering to 50/50 to have better price parity with FNO competitors while not pushing the onus on to the ISPs?

I know WebAfrica will go out of their way to cripple this with their arbitrary 100/45 packages...

So people that are on a budget are using Vumatel's marketing campaign to voice their dissatisfaction with pricing? Kind of like anti-marketing marketing...

No, they say nothing (as they have no voice (no other FNO option)) and continue to look for alternatives. As the resident "IT guy" I get these requests for help all the time, so I guess it's people like me that have to go bat for the breadline people as they're not literate enough on the subject to know they getting ripped a new one.

My biggest question is this going to be available on Vox?

Vox has started to get on my nerves with their Vumatel offering, as we all ways seem to be the last ones to get stuff.

That said how is Cool Ideas , worth the switch?

I can’t answer re Vox but I’m on CISP and have been for years. They are expensive but pretty solid. Having said that, at our flat where my in-laws live and work we have Cybersmart who have been just as solid and are cheaper than Cool Ideas.
