Vumatel / Mweb 200/200 Fibre speed issues

Had 50/50 Fibre since October 2018.
Upgraded to 200/200 on 09/10/2019
Speed test always tests 200 /200
Download works 100% (download 1 gig in 50 seconds from various sites)
Upload issue with everything related to FTP type transfers / uploads
Dropbox, Microsoft One Drive, Google Drive, Acronis, Vineo, FileZilla etc.
The fastest I have ever achieved was 32 mbps (usually in the 12 to 22 range)
Spend 6 days with Mweb Technical, doing 100's of tests.
Top quality Router Asus RT-AC88U costing ± R4,800 Rand.
Gigabit network at home, top quality PC's.
Removing the Router and connecting directly to the Vumatel CPE unit, same results
Anybody that have suggestions, help, ideas, this is driving me crazy.
Anyone with a 100/100 or 200/200 line that can maybe do a test or two for me ?
Say, a upload of ±200meg from within Google drive and time the amount of seconds it takes.
Mweb Technical basically tells me "that's the way it is" we cant help you.
Please anyone, I am desperate.

All those sites you mention like google drive, microsoft one drive ect all are local so even if you have packetloss on yoir line which is usually the cause of slow speeds it should not have a major impact as latency should be pretty low.

Have you tried tcp optimizer?

I'm guessing you are using windows right? Well it optimizes the TCP window for best performance.

windows has crap tcp scaling which shows up as slow single thread speed over high latency (international) connections, changed my life.
download it, run as administrator, set slider to linespeed, choose optimize and run it, then restart.

Yes it does. What is your latency to 8.8.8.8 and one.drive.com

Ahh you are in Cape Town. 20ms to Google in JHB is still pretty decent. You should not have poor upload speed. Try using the TCP Optimizer and see if that helps

Just change ISP. Mweb is one of the worst rated ISPs. There is probably some sort of shaping or throttling from their side.

I want to. Just not a quick and easy process. My old Telkom number has been ported to MWEb and I am using their MTALK V.O.I.P service. You are correct, the service is terrible. I have been with them since the early 1990's and am truly dissapointed.
