My Vumatel \ Fibrehoods line has been dead since Friday - the Alarm light on the ONT stays solid red even after turning it off and on. The fault has been logged since Saturday but they have still not sorted it out.
Does anybody know how long this should take to sort out (days \ weeks)? Is this something that I might be able to fix myself or will it be a problem with the fibre itself? I haven't found any way to access the web configuration of the ONT - presumably they've locked it down.
