Is there a backlog of installations maybe? I wish FTTH installations were like DSTv installations, with a lot of accredited installers you can pay from your own pocket. The wait is just too long.. unbearable now with ADSL being down. I even reinstated my DSTv subscription for the kid.

WebAfrica  on 6th May. I tried with Afrihost (my DSL ISP) at the beginning of the year, with no feedback from SADV. I tried to use CoolIdeas didn't get a response. I'll try a GoT raven at this stage.

PM me the webfrica order details and I'll escalate it to my sales team.

I saw around 6 SADV vehicles in Ormonde today. And an OpenServe van fixing the DSL lines. I just want to be on fibre. Shouldn't we be allowed to hire our own accredited installers, or are the various fibre networks that different to have a standard accreditation?

That's it, I give up on SADV for the last mile installation into my residence. I have never met a company that doesn't want to take consumer money before.

What kind of an arrangement? I’m in ext 1 and not with mweb.
Ag I don't know man. I have been struggling to get SADV to take my money since the site was confirmed live. All this using different ISPs. The people in my area, ext 20, that I have asked are with MWeb. There's a demand here it seems, but you can count the number of houses with completed installations
