Vumatel router assistance

Can anyone tell me what the orange light is? According to isp everything is up, but not getting any dhcp from this box to my router as before, thus no connection...

First, this is a switch not a router...

That aside, FX means the fibre's connected.

Yeah sounds like the mac binding.

No router change but one of the guests might have plugged another device into it as i found an additional network cable connected to it.. If its the mac binding can client call Vumatel directly or should she contact isp (afrihost) instead?

ISP - just ask them to reset it.

Unfortunately said guest is js back in Germany now

Thanks for the advice both of you... Didn't give the mac binding a thought as it was still the same router, but its reset and working now.
