Hi Guys

i am looking at going with webafrica for 50/50 premium uncapped as vumatel has installed in my area.
What have other peoples experiences been like.
i am limited on isp's as they used fibrehoods but webafrica seems the best but just want to find out what others have experienced.

Can't speak from experience but neighbour in Fairland seems happy with 20Mbps.

Not sure about fibre but WA have their own ADSL thread, support is non-existent.

If you look in the fiber forum, you will find lots of people having had problems with Web Africa. It seems to me that if your lucky on WA and your install goes well, you'll be happy with the connection until something starts going wrong. then you'll struggle to get it resolved.

In comparison, Cool Ideas (my ISP) and Crystal Web both have very good reputations here, with very few complaints about either of them. Also, when issues do occur, they are resolved quickly.

Personally, I went with Cool Ideas as I like not having to worry about the bandwidth and like not being throttled constantly (Note this doesn't mean crystal web throttle and shape, but Web Africa definitely do). So I'd recommend going for Cool Ideas.
