You really should reply to the email with all your banking details incl pin. Its the right thing to do in this situation

I'll send them my ID and Passport numbers as well.

No, rather confuse the recipients. Send them your real bank account details with pin etc. Just don't tell them what branch - that's where the fun comes in.

It's a problem

The problem is I got this email as well and it's from the same sender that sends my actual FNB statements to me.

If you know a bit of programming, you can change the "From" in the Mail Message object in code to literally anything you want. Thus, if they can obtain that email address that you know - which is easy - they can add that in.

As mentioned, the reply address will likely be different.
