It's all very well having a shiny on-line store and friendly pre-sales, but if getting a faulty component refunded/repaired/replaced takes 3 weeks and is like pulling teeth ...
So which vendors - in your experience - have been simple and straight forward to deal with when it came to a warranty claim?
