Hi everyone ,
I recently opened accounts with various IT distributors and suppliers in South Africa. My question is regarding warranty.
Suppose I buy laptops/pc components to keep on hand to resell , when does the warranty start... From the point I sell it or when purchase it from them ?
If it begins when I purchase it from these suppliers , how would one buy and keep stock in their store and be able to provide clients with full warranty after selling it.
As stock may not sell immediately after , and should a product with 1 year warranty sit on the shelf for 2 months , does this mean I can only give my customer 10 months?
