I can almost feel her anger as I have dealt with and still deal with employees who seem to always be on a go slow, however to talk to someone like that is a no go. Let alone the disrespect, a business owner should be a leader as well and having gone through leadership training, the worst thing to do is talk to your staff as if they are children because they will then react like children which solves absolutely nothing.

Regarding the time taken, well that really depends where in the mall the toilets are located. It's quite possible to take that long but the employee should notify the owner they are going to the bathroom.

I'd say there's more to the story than just this one incident because no one switches straight to crazy mode unless their patience have been wearing thin over time through repeat incidences.

Employers should always remain calm no matter what the circumstances and just go through disciplinary. Employees should be more communicative especially when leaving their workplace.

Case in point staff at our office chatting for 30min + loudly as well when we have clients trying to have a meeting a closed door away.

What happened before the second video though? First video she is frustrated, but hasn't yet exploded. We've all been there. Anybody that has managed people knows this feeling. We also don't know the full story, so no point in assuming the Asian lady did something wrong. We need the full story with all facts.
