That latest news article sounds very promising. Looks like they will seek to prosecute. A case has been opened. This wiley passenger is going to be found or face defeating the ends of justice. Too many witnesses to cover this up. Even more promising is a possible amendment to the bylaws to seize these clowns precious vehicles if/when caught.

Sadly...the article also mentions that apparently days later people were back at it racing.

Anyone know if that idiot was wearing a seat belt?

Maybe it's my old eyes....but as that video starts...I cant seem to see a strap over his upper torso where one should be. I might be mistaken though

With what we have already learnt about the morons, they most likely said "don't need seat-belts, we got airbags bra", or maybe they just believed god would protect them.

doesnt sound like any tyre blew(not that you can always hear it) or engine trouble

so that makes me think hes licked that oil spill on the side of the road when made the pass. i assume all driving assists are disabled during this.

So if you look at vid in the beginning there is a bright orange light on the dash, like a warning something disabled or wrong. I drive speed limits or slow and use indicators so don’t have a bmw so no clue lol..
