BS. Tawfeetless would crash into the railing on the way up.
He can never drink milk again. He's lack-toes intolerant.
Sorry Dad, I won't do it again, you can give me jacks now.
As long as people who do this stay off roads where the limit is higher and drive at the limit on the rest then it isn't a problem. But deliberately endangering other people by driving slowly is not acceptable.I choose life. Hence why i don't drive over 80![]()
That points to the fact that those who persist in driving below the posted limits should be fined for endangering other people.A thought experiment: I'm sure if people were driving 120km/hr and saw others parked in the middle of the freeway they would be pissed and angry because of how dangerous it is to park cars on the freeway. Yet these racers driving +200km/hr generally don't think the speed is as dangerous in the same way, yet it is exactly the same danger.
If they take a car during a trial and then fail to get a conviction will they pay the owner compensation? Confiscation on conviction should also be left up to the court to decide. The Western Cape Provincial Road Traffic Administration Amendment Bill could see speedsters' wheels being confiscated permanently or for the duration of their reckless and negligent driving trial

Losing your legs is a high price to pay for your actions and whatever legal action against him, he has earned that too, but I also hope he recovers fully and learn from all of this and go on to live a good life for him and his family.
In my opinion, a lot of hate against him is not only because he was racing (if you know what i mean). There are some underlying issues if you read into some of the members comments.
no one is too bad to become good and no one is too good to become bad.

Its amazing how much media attention his story gets compared to say "1600 road deaths during festive season". Maybe its because he was driving a BMW, crashed spectacularly and there are videos of the incident all over.

Ok, I'll bite(probably shouldn't as I actually think you are trolling), why do you think people are "hating" on him? And what do you think these underlying issues is?
There's a difference between accidents and going out and deliberately putting other peoples lives at risk for your own selfish ego.
On a positive note, his clothing expenses will be halved.

Agree. Should prop him onto a broomstick, the sucker.I'll stop posting here after I say this:
He gets zero respect from me, not because he's a Slamou, but because he is an arrant fool and an endangerer of lives, and smiles from his hospital bed as if he is a f**king hero.
I have zero time for arrogant people like him, who will do it again given 1/2 the chance.
His punishment of losing his legs ought to have given him pause for thought, but I doubt it, he will get metal legs and go for it again.
On a positive note, his clothing expenses will be halved.
