Ps. I see they pursuing the criminal charge of reckless & negligent driving. Would be awkward if they don't allow settlement.. maybe oscar won't be the only one..

I am an equal opportunity provider.. you drive illegally you get the same response from me regardless of colour/creed etc. This stretches way, way back and if anything i am particularly hard on motorcyclists and other cretin who live in the yellow and white lanes. But thats me.. I've dodged countless head on collisions and worry that I can only be that lucky and avoid an accident no matter how careful I am.

AFAIK irreversible damage to arteries and nerves is the main criteria.

Tissue necrosis and bacterial infection can cause a very high risk (50%) of post-surgical fatalities unless treated carefully. Historically this was the biggest killer in war-wounds, and amputation was always the first choice.

what a crock, you can hear the last gear shift (an auto gear shift, pfffft, brother tawfeeq, shame on you) at 35s, which incidentally happens at an indicated 270km/h in the F80 M3 (see
) unless you had differentials changed which I'm sure he did not, 9 seconds later he's eating concrete

when you're already approaching your top speed you sure as hell don't accelerate 50km/h in 9 seconds, then factor in it is indicated speed, true speed is guaranteed to be less, and his cheapie race tyres could likely have been too small, which would make the speedo over read even more

if his true speed was over 300km/h I will let him give me a foot job ... oh, wait ...

The video you posted is for a 6 speed manual. Surely the ratios are different to a DCT?

Femoral artery severed and not repaired in time or the repair failed. I posted about my friend's leg in this thread earlier. Leg looked fine, apart from being broken. But the artery was severed and the repair failed so the leg "died"
