Chaos erupted when men tried to illegally occupy an empty house in Rustenburg.

A man by the name of Henry explained what happened on a Facebook entry.

According to Henry they tried to prevent the illegal occupation of an empty Sibanye house in Rustenburg

OK, so the one guy stood too close to a big aggressive dog which then grabbed his shirt and now they have an excuse to do whatever they want?
No, the retaliation was clearly over the top and cannot be condoned.

It's just interesting that the clip doing the rounds and causing outrage for some reason has the initial dog lunge edited out.

Watched both videos, and I have one simple question, where is the police in all of this?

Also the guy with the dog needs to handle his dog better, as for the people that assaulted him and his dog, he restrained the dog and they could have simply walked away instead chose to assault him with various implements, I would love to know if he opened a case of assault and if the cops actually did anything?

Probably a separate video clip, as it's from another angle. So a stop, and then start of a new video from other side, or taken by someone else.
