This doxing trend is very dangerous - I hope someday, this gets prosecuted as well.

Without a doubt , its not only dangerous and ugly, it can also lead to presumption of guilt in some instances , thus compromising a proper investigation.
Definately needs to be addressed in some manner or other regarding violation of privacy.
